1.) Men's Ego Work Group

A therapeutic Self-Improvement Group

A therapeutic group focusing on the “stuck-ness” that can occur with the ego. How do we transcend with ego to become better humans, aligning ourselves with the path to become our highest potential? What lesson are we being presented with that we truly need to learn and integrate? What way of being is no longer serving us that we need to let go of?

To be clear, we are not looking to shame Ego. Ego is part of all of us and is what makes us human. Ego is not evil and we are not looking to achieve "ego-death," despite the emphasis some new age culture puts on this. We are looking to gain deeper awareness, to include ego with our transcendence through the stages of healing and enlightenment.

Utilizing models: Mindfulness, IFS/Parts-work/Shadow-work/Inner Child work, Johari window to discover shadow parts through peer feedback. A relational group connected on similar dynamics of the hindrances we face uniquely with the cis-gender male human experience.

2.) Adult Children Estranged from Parents

A peer-support and relational group

A therapeutic group for adult children who are estranged from their parents to share and connect around their feelings and experiences. Upon doing the research, you will find that family estrangement is becoming more of a common occurrence, and it is often due to similar reasons, often with similar types of parents. It takes a certain type of parent to not hear and understand their offsprings needs and boundaries. This can be quite frustrating and heartbreaking, and it is no easy feat to make the decision to go no contact in order to maintain greater peace in your life.

Needs and Boundaries tend to be a core issue in these family dynamics, so an emphasis on this topic will continuously be addressed within group. Though, overall, it will be a place to just vent and share about your situation with a group that understands what you are feeling and going through in one of the most complex dynamics we can experience as humans.
